Recommended Usage:Take two capsules with a meal three times daily.
Ingredients:Each gelatin capsule (gelatin, water) contains a 390 mg blend of the finest elecampane root, mugwort herb (Artemisia vulgaris), spearmint herb,
turmeric root, ginger root, garlic bulb, clove flower buds, olive leaf, and wormwood herb (Artemisia annua).
