    Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Dioscorea villosa (wild yam) root 100 mg; Dioscorea villosa (wild yam) root 100 mg of a 4:1 extract and Vitex agnuscastus (chaste tree) fruit 10 mg of a 7-10:1 extract. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide and dextrin.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
