HOW DOES SUBSCRIBE & THRIVE WORK?

You create a product order that is automatically shipped to you according to your personalized delivery schedule for convenience and savings. You never run out of the products you want, you don’t have to remember to place an order, and your order is shipped for free!

HOW DO I START A SUBSCRIPTION?
  1. Choose what you want: Simply find the products you and your family use regularly and select the “Subscribe and Thrive” option.
  2. Choose your frequency & quantity: Your first Subscribe & Thrive order is processed immediately, and you pick the date and frequency for your subsequent orders to be sent. These will ship FREE. There is no minimum order, and you can change your order at any time.
  3. Checkout with confidence. You’ll receive emails before your automatic deliveries are shipped, and you’ll always be able to review & control your subscriptions.
HOW DO I SAVE MONEY ON MY AUTODELIVERIES?

You will see the price of your items reflected 25% lower than the regular price upon selecting the “Subscribe & Thrive” purchase option. The shipping cost will disappear as well as you checkout.

HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS WORK?

As a Subscribe & Thrive participant, your subscription order will be shipped to you for free. 

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
  1. Go to Manage Your Subscriptions. Note: This link also appears in the confirmation emails you receive before your subscription orders are processed.
  2. You will notice several clickable link options on this webpage:
    • You can use the links located above the list of your subscribed items, such as “Change Date” “Skip Till Next Month” and “Pause Shipment,” to control your complete order.
    • To change only specific products within an order, use the links that appear in the individual item sections of your list. These include links such as “Pause Product” “Resume” “Move to this month” “Remove.” You can also change product quantity and order frequency here as well.

NOTE: To avoid complication, we recommend you make changes to subscription orders, including pause or cancelations, at least seven days before shipment. Your order reminder emails are sent 10 days before shipment, and feature the link to manage your subscriptions.

HOW DO I SKIP MY NEXT DELIVERY?
  1. Go to Manage Your Subscriptions. This link also appears in the confirmation emails you receive before your subscription orders are processed.
  2. Choose the “SKIP TILL NEXT MONTH” link located above the list of your subscribed items.
  3. Click “SKIP” to confirm. Your subscription order will not be shipped on the next scheduled ship date, but will resume on the following scheduled ship date.

NOTE: Subscription orders must be paused, skipped or cancelled seven days before shipment.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIBE & THRIVE PAYMENT METHOD?
  1. Go to Manage Your Subscriptions. This link also appears in the confirmation emails you receive before your subscription orders are processed.
  2. Find the panel listing Shipping Address and Payment Method.
  3. Next to Payment Method, select the “Edit” link. This will bring you to the process of adding, updating, or changing your payment method.
WHY DID THE PRICE OF MY ITEM CHANGE?

While you will always receive a Subscribe & Thrive discount, individual product prices can go up or down over time. If the price of your subscribed product changes, the new price will be displayed in your order review email and will be applied only on future shipments. You can review your subscription price and edit or cancel your subscription at any time.
