This package contains two types of packets: 14 capsule packets (2 LBS II capsules, 1 Body Detox capsule) and 14 cleansing drink mix packets (powdered mix). This represents a one-week supply when used as directed. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take 2-3 days.

Recommended Use
Directions: (adults) Capsule: Take contents of capsule packet with breakfast and dinner (twice daily). Powder: Take contents of one cleansing drink mix packet 15-30 minutes before breakfast and 15-30 minutes before dinner. Mix cleansing drink mix packet in 250 mL of juice or water. Shake, blend or stir vigorously. Drink immediately. It is recommended that an additional glass of water be consumed immediately after drink. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Duration of Use: Use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effects.
